- Booking an appointment in advance is recommended.
- Late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time while the full treatment fee will apply.
- Gift Vouchers are available.
- Please note that 24 hours notice is required for cancellations & rescheduling after which 100% of the full treatment will be charged.
- Products purchased are not refundable. In the event of an allergic reaction, the return of products is permissible with a doctor's note.
- Please ensure cellular phones are switched off during treatments.
